Cetirizine + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine  is a combination medicine used in the treatment of dry cough. It narrows the small blood vessels and provides relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. It also relieves allergy symptoms like watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose, and throat irritation.

Cetirizine + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine is a combination of three medicines: Cetirizine, dextromethorphan and phenylephrine which relieve dry cough. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
